We use pure rocky mountain water with two row and pilsner malts to create this quintessential lager. Sometimes, what seems so simple is actually the most complex. As is the case of Avery Lager, which takes 26 days to brew and perfect. This beer draws on the mastery garnered over the past two decades, as well as our German engineered brewhouse. As a true representation of our time-honored craft, Avery Lager is clean and refreshing, with a smooth finish.
