BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, small batch bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)Birkin Beer 4 (14%)-This version was triple mash, 24 hour boil, aged in a single George T. Stagg 15yr bourbon barrel for 19 months. We experimented with whiskey barrel aged Colombia San Lorenzo Coffee from Dozer (Journeyman Distillery-Silver Cross 21 barrel), corn flake, tahitensis vanilla bean from Ecuador, cacao nib & husk. This beer is very robust with coffee and dark chocolate notes. The BA coffee gives a hint of concord grape and rich chocolate covered cherry. The complex flavors blend well with a very full and silky mouthfeel. We’re very excited to share this project with you all.please keep cool and expect some sediment
