West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Nectaron, Citra, & StrataRob from Machine Head brewing came to pay us a visit a few weeks back during a particularly nasty heat wave, so we resolved to brew up a West Coast IPA with the perfect balance of “Light, Dry, Fruity, and Dank”. The clean, pilsner malt base carries a combo of Pacific Northwest and New Zealand hops, which bring blueberries, pineapple, and wafts of cannabis aroma to the table. Mission accomplished.
