Juicy and intensely hoppy, made with a crazy 33 grams per liter of the best Nectaron, Citra and Mosiac hops. Notes of tropical fruit and citrus, starts with a touch of sweetness and ends with a nicely balanced bitterness.Collab with Peders.Brewer's Notes: for the third iteration of our Peders collab IPA, we went with the same hops as V1, but swapped them hot-side/ cold-side, changed the yeast to WHCLab Pineapple Passion, and nudged the abv up to 6,7%.We're excited to keep working with this beer series, where each version has some common threads, but is clearly distinctive in its own way.Ingredients: malted barley, oats, hops (Nectaron and Citra whirlpool, Mosaic dry hop), and yeast
