Hallertau Brewery meet fermented food and probiotic experts Living Goodness to create a fascinating and tasty spin on the arcane Gose beer style.Steve’s idea was to add 60 litres of Heartbeet Kraut juice which is the run off from the making of Heartbeet sauerkraut and add that to the wort. This addition would have the effect of lowering the beer’s PH, giving it the all important stylistic salty component and create a beer with an amazing colour.
