One barely wine, split between five barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in an 8 year old Rye Whiskey barrel. The Whiskey barrel had deep oak, pepper rye and sweet vanilla notes that carry the beer superbly. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious beer to enjoy now.
