Grisette was originally made for miners in Belgium. Similar to the Saison this was a beer made for the workers, the doers, the hard working class. In honor of that we wanted to name this beer after someone we know who’s a doer, someone who gets after it and gets it done. A wonderful man named Greg. So enjoy a pint of Greg’s Grisette, a light bodied, easy drinking Belgian beer clocking in at a delightful 3.6% Full of lemony goodness and the subtle phenolic character we know and love with this yeast strain.
