A fusion of beer and wine- we have brought a flavourful beverage to life. On the first day of fermentation, we combined Arneis grape juice from the cool climate region of Orange (30%) and Belgian Ale yeast. Aromas of spice combine with melon, pear, and almond providing a fruit-filled body with subtle acidity. Lingering elements of both beer and wine flavours entice you back and remind you that this is not your typical beer.
