This Barrel Aged brut was created by laying to rest 4 Scotch Whisky Barrels with a tripel inspired beer. After 15 months of ageing, the 4 barrels were blended end refermented with Champagne used before being Degorged 'Methode Champenoise' at the premises of Dame Jeanne.The Barrels used were as follows:- Girvan 1991- Tormore 1990- Benrinnes 2014- Glen Ord 2014Expect well integrated wood influence, along with vinous and fruity elements, making this a high end apero beer!75cl bottles with champagne cork.
