A tribute to Cuvée de Tomme and Cuvée de Tetreault brewed in collaboration with Les Moulins Bleus in Dijon.A blend of a belgian quadrupel aged 16 month in a Vosne Romanée 1er Cru barrel and another quad aged 16 month in a Rye Whiskey barrel sourced in Indiana, fermented with our house mixed culture.Refermented with blackcurrant, sour cherries and blackberries for 3 months.Dedicated to my Father Alain.
