This is a West Coast Double IPA with 100% of Bulgarian Cascade. 8 grams per liter in the Whirlpool and 12 grams per liter in the Dry Hopping. The result is a unique beer that showcases the flavors of the Bulgarian Cascade - aromas like berries, lemongrass, combined with herbal and floral notes, more like the ones you find in noble hops and also with a marijuana dank. The flavors follow the aroma but with the right bitterness to balance the malt load necessary to achieve the 8.5% of ABV.Nazdrave!
