Описание
[Koh ahn] a paradoxical anecdote or riddle, used in Zen Buddhism to provoke enlightenment and demonstrate the inadequacy of logical reasoning. We love sour things. Sour stimulates digestion, opening the pallet to experience a medley of flavor, while also inspiring the mind to open up to puzzling tastes. This slightly sparkling apple wine, barrel aged for two years with wild grapes and red currants, packs-in quite the medley of flavor: bitter-sour and a balanced, but noticeable stream of volatile acidity that dances on the roof of the mouth.
