In our never-ending pursuit to constantly create new flavors for blending in our farmhouse beers we asked Eric to come up with a totally different yeast culture and ferment some of our favorites recipes with it. The blend still hits like a Casey beer, but there are subtle differences that I believe will continue to increase over time. The aroma is less citrus and more topical than the other blend being released this month. It's got a similar level of acidity, but the components of that acidity are different. The comparison of these two blends will be a very fun one for all the #teamnofruit lovers out there!
