Diplopia is our limited release for Sydney Craft Beer Week 2016 brewed with our good mate @OZBeer_MD (Michael Doherty).We’ve brewed a very unique and limited release Tropical Fruit Double IPA loaded with all your favourite American “C” hops and spiked with balancing body/creamy sweetness from Eucalyptus Jacaranda Honey that we sourced from an artisanal two hive honey producer.Enjoy the enticing combination of citrus, pine and tropical fruit aromas with hints of ANZAC biscuits and the balanced mouthfeel from honey, malt and hops.
