IPA in itself has so many styles that evolve constantly, so let’s try another new one! It’s a hybrid style, taking the hop technique of a west coast IPA and blending it with the malt/yeast of an American lager. Rather than a traditional IPA which uses ale yeast, this style uses lager yeast and has rice added to the mash.
