To celebrate Bonnie's Black Hops first anniversary, Bonnie spent the day brewing a beer that is as wild as her alter ego. Wild Bon Bon is a delicately balanced rhubarb and citrus sour infused with a delicious gin botanical blend of lemon myrtle, juniper berries, angelica root and finger lime.
