Light copper translucent beer with a tight white head. This is a version of a traditional IPA with a dryer and crisper finish due to the use of lager yeast and lower fermentation temperatures. Aromas of hops is medium to high with predominant notes of grapefruit zest. It has less residual sugars and lighter mouthfeel that a traditional IPA. You will find some alcohol warmth and high bitterness with lemony notes and grapefruit peel.
