Soyouz on steroids clocking in at 15.3% ABV which took no less than 18h to brew and which makes the classic Soyouz looks like a thirst-quenching beer. It develops a wide aromatic bouquet ranging from empyreumatic notes (coffee, dark chocolate, moka) to fruits (black fruits, red wine). while this beer is extreme, we tried to maintain some balance. We tried to deliver our best stout and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Pour cold (4-6°C) and enjoy flavors development as the tasting goes on. Will mellow over time (3 years) if placed in an environment protected from light and heat. Less than 250 bottles produced
