Brewing friends connected by the Pacific Ocean. For this stop in our Pacific Rim collaboration series we've joined Fiji’s Reef Brewing Company to create a decadent Red IPA loaded with a rich base of characterful New Zealand malts.Lush aromas of grapefruit and blood orange burst from the Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops while Sabro brings a hint of coconut and zesty tangerine. This was laced with real toasted coconut to round out a full and balanced flavour profile.
