From bottle"Beer brewed with Apples". Freshly pressed, whole apple juice from the Huon Valley is added to a rich dark red ale fermenting on brewer's yeast. A wild ferment slowly establishes and, even in bottle, continues to work for many years creating enormous complexity with cellar age. Brewed for enjoyment at the dining table.
