Barrel Aged Sour Brett IPABarreljuice is our unconventional take on a juicy IPA. Brewed as a sour IPA with Motueka, Nectaron and Simcoe hops, we then aged it in ex wine barrels for three months with a fruity Brett strain. A balanced blend of acidity and hop bitterness with grapefruit and pineapple notes and just a touch of funk.
