In our continuing adventures with Hops and Pie, we have made a bolder version of our “geographically confused IPA!” Melon fruit, mango, papaya, and juice galore, but fully fermented, clear, and with respectable bitterness from the use of foolish quantities (10.85 lbs per barrel) of Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo, Enigma, and Centennial. Drink what’s good.
