Solid Foundation

Описание

A Solid Foundation is paramount to much of life: our relationships, our knowledge, our buildings and creations, and even our food and beer! This Pomegranate Wit starts with just that, a Solid Foundation comprised of a classic Witbier fermented at a high temperature. With that strong base, we conditioned it lightly on pomegranate puree to create notes of pink lemonade, grapefruit flesh, chardonnay, a pleasant earthiness and a touch of white pepper. Enjoy this one while pondering the solidity of your own foundations.
