Cape of Good Hops

Recently we were able to buy some rare African Queen IPA hops from a local broker. Naturally we were eager to use them in our next IPA to see how they worked. To keep with the Southern Hemisphere theme we complimented the fruity and herbal African Queen hops with a similar hop from New Zealand, Pacific Jade. Strong citrus notes dominate the flavor profile while hints of spice and herbs add a pleasant complexity.
