Our second beer since kicking back off with our Taproom Series releases. Where we get to play around with some unconventional methods & experiment or just play around with some Hops we don't use a lot even. The latter being the case here. Using a lot of BRU - 1 in this beer especially supported in small parts by Citra & Cashmere. Super charged Pineapple dominating in this Easy Drinking smooth IPA. It's nearly the perfect springtime IPA, pity no body told us Winter came after Autumn.⁠
