2020 was a year of impulse purchases for us. Each of our farmers was offering up more fruit than ever before, and we have a serious problem saying no to fruit.We bought far more blueberries than we needed...We let about 2000 lbs ferment on their own, and added some spruce intending on blending it into a different project. But once we tasted it - woah!It was a mind-bending citrusy delight. Our plans were derailed.We bottled it by itself with some apple juice to protect it without sulphur. It has the tiniest amount of bubbles; Vinho Verde style, and reminds us of black raspberries and grape candy.It brings a smile to our faces and we think you'll smile about it too.Wild fermented, with zero added sulphites.
