Tonka View

We joined forces with our friends Galit and Gadi Dviri from the podcast Beer View, and we brewed a sour stout with tonka! A blend of malts roasted to different degrees that give the beer layers of flavors reminiscent of cocoa and coffee, with a boost of oats for a thicker and softer body. The tonka adds another layer of flavor that ranges between vanilla and cocoa to a bit of marzipan that blends wonderfully with the sourness of the beer coming from Philly sour yeast.
