Welcome to Margaritaville!Starting with a Gose-style hibiscus and habanero ale as a base, we fermented this beer in barrels that had recently housed a blend of tequila and Cointreau, kindly donated by the team at The Espy.Matte rose pink with a bouquet of rosy hibiscus on the nose, this is a surprisingly complex beer.An initial spritz of delicate tartness gives way to layers of citrus, rose and Turkish Delight flavours, before rounding off with a woody, tequila earthiness and a tickle of heat.MALTS: pilsner, Wheat, Maize and Acidulated.HOPS: LemondropYEAST: German AleOTHER: Hibiscus, Habanero and Pink Himalayan Salt.
