This historic German style has been modernized by our brewers through the use of pink guava puree, adding a touch of sweetness to balance the tartness and acidity of the base beer, while also creating a beautiful strawberry blonde hue. In keeping with tradition, both salt and coriander were added post-fermentation, creating a light, fruity, quenching beer that is pitch perfect for summertime.
