This beer style is a brewer’s dream come true, and luckily everyone was fired up to join forces and bring this recipe to life.Utilising a harmonious blend of Munich and Caramunich malts, we executed a double decoction mash to unlock intense malt flavours. True to tradition, we selected only the finest German hops and embraced a meticulous, slow fermentation program and lagering period to achieve a brew as pure and pristine as possible.Indulge in the fruits of this collective labour, as you immerse yourself in the lavishness of this Doppelbock. It’s the grand finale to the series, capturing the opulence of the cardinal tins in every sip.
