Defunkt IPA MK2 (Nelson Sauvin + Endeavour)

Описание

A mixed fermentation IPA brewed in October 2020. This beer had a large amount of Nelson Sauvin added to the end of the boil and then spent 14 months in oak before being dry hopped with UK Endeavour hops and packaged. The Endeavour add a citrus, spice and black pepper element that compliment the funky brett and gooseberry bitterness of the Nelson.
