In case you missed the memo, we like saisons around here and so should you. We decided to go all out and make an Imperial Saison with supporting background players of pomegranate juice and rhubarb puree. The pomegranate and rhubarb are subtle allowing a big bold ester phenolic overload from the yeast with a complex malt profile.This is not a casual stroll through the park saison and caution should be taken due to its dangerously smooth drinkability.
