Ménage à Trois

Brewed with a mix of Cascade, Centennial and Rakau hops. The yeast used was Sacch Trois, which was formerly known as Brett Trois. There is plenty of citrus in the aroma and flavor, with a nice bitter punch followed by a classic dry, Brett-like finish. And of course, cloudy like all NE-style IPAs should be.
