Brewed especially for our friends at the Humane Society for Greater Savannah for their “Rescue Me” event on Nov 23rd. This blonde ale is about as simple as it gets - 2-row, flaked wheat, and a ton of flaked oats. To give it a touch of fall we added some really nice organic cinnamon oil at the end of fermentation. There is a slight cinnamon aroma, and with all the oats we used it tastes like your favorite cinnamon breakfast cereal.
