Tourmaline is a watermelon kettle sour with one goal in mind: to be the ultimate summer thirst quencher. A clean base beer of Pale and Wheat malt was inoculated with lactobacillus to sour the beer. The fermentation was then completed with fresh watermelon juice. Finally, watermelon terpenes were added right before packaging. The perfect balance of punchy watermelon flavour and mouth-puckering sourness makes this beer a summer essential.
