We’ve taken our core Helmsman’s Honey Ale, bumped the ABV and quadrupled the amount of Yunnanese honey. On that of that, we’ve upped the complexity with elderflower’s uniquely fresh floral aroma. This is a big in-your-face kind of beer that straddles the line between beer and mead. Boozy with a clean and complex floral finish.
