This oak fermented wild ale used barley, wheat, spelt and oats before fermenting for over a year with our mixed culture of wild yeast and Lactobacillus. Flavors of shaved lemon ice, deep limestone aquifer and freshly baked hay make this funky fluid a perfect beverage for the transition from summer to autumn.
