As the cold is drawing in, we've decided to hit you up with a traditional French SAISON using bellesaison wild yeast. This gives a very dry, crisp and more spicy/herbaceous than floral. The perfect seasonal changing brew.Saisons originally were brewed in the colder months to be ready for drinking in the summer by thirsty farmworkers. We just couldn't wait that long to release ours! Our Saison is brewed in a classic French style giving a dry, crisp and herbaceous brew perfect to enjoy by the fire to stay warm on the inside and the out.
