Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Marshmallow and Coffee. We doubled our standard coffee treatment and used a special Philippines Garnica Sitio Belis roast from our friends at Mostra Coffee. Our other buddies at Mortalis helped us brew this, select the coffee beans and fluff the marshmallows on this one!
