Traditional Sparkling Mead made with Monkey Pod honey-9%ABVThis Hawaiian honey, which we received from @wao.kele.honey has flavors and aromas of vanilla and fresh lemon zestThis mead is made with no additional ingredients for flavoring or mouthfeel aside from the honey itself (well water and yeast too lol)So we decided to let the honey do the buzzing (bees can't talk, duh), and present a mead full of nuance and subtlety.
