Magnifico! features Italian-grown Eraclea Pilsner Malt, a newly available heirloom barley variety, as well as select Noble hops varieties from Czech Republic and the USA. The Italian malt brings notes of peanut shell, pasta water, crackers, and warm bread while the hop profile features prominent notes of lemon zest, freshly cut grass, and bergamot oil (think Earl Grey tea). Expect a slightly hazy greenish-gold pint with a dense foam cap and a snappy dry finish that is decidedly more-ish!
