Saisons are traditional farmhouse ales consumed during harvest time, hailing from the Franco-Belge Wallonia region. This one is a golden colour with a dense white head and beguiling cloudy haze. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of apples and pears, with subtle spicey notes. It is very refreshing on the palate - crisp and dry with high carbonation.Subtle malty flavour with fruity and spicey, peppery characters thanks to the warm and rapid ferment that encouraged the yeast to deliver strong esters and phenols.
