Bushido, "the way of the warrior" in Japanese, is an homage to our old L-200 pick-up that steadfastly hauls all our apples, gear and cider.Made from bittersweet Harry Masters Jersey blended with some Foxwhelp and Ellis Bitter. Fermented in tank, matured in glass and ultimately an ex-Moscatel cask before bottling - a 20 month process.Still. Dry. Ripe Apples. Citrus. Spice. Orange blossom. Silky tannins. Elegant, bright and vinous. Enjoy with Asian style dishes, pulled pork or good cheese.
