A clean, bitter, West Coast IPA made using the absolute best late-harvest Brewer's Gold hops we could get our hands on. While Brewer's Gold typically gives more noble hop characteristics, when allowed to mature into the late season by skilled farmers, it develops a tropical nose of pineapple and honeydew melon. Yum!
