Yellow Transparent apples were used to create the backbone of this fun and unique cider. A second ferment was initiated in a barrel on homemade strawberry wine lees and allowed to age for two months. This went through a partial malolactic conversion resulting in a smooth fruit forward palate with a dry finish.
