Aged for 14 months in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel then transferred to a Willett bourbon barrel for an extended seven months. This beer is a fantastic example of a stout which has such depth in flavor on its own that it needs no adjuncts. Picking up even more characteristics from these two barrels in which it rested for 21 months, it is now ready for your enjoyment.
