Our take on the emerging IPL style. We set out to create a solid Lager recipe – with a simple malt base and classic bottom fermenting yeast strain – and then overlayed it with a selection of hops chosen to provide a subtle, elegant hop profile designed to complement rather than compete! White grape, lemon and pear aromas and flavours meld with a delicate malt sweetness and a dry, bitter finish.
