Our “Of the Vine” series combines the wonderful worlds of apples and grapes. Of the Vine: Kühl Man is a one year old Cider that spent 9 of its months resting on Foch grape pomace. Foch grapes are a red wine grape from France, developed in the early 1900s by Eugene Kuhlman a grape breeder with a number of varieties to his credit.
