One of the first UK beers to contain this exciting new product from New Zealand!Our second Thiolised beer has been AMPED up this time with PHANTASM, otherwise identified as crushed Sauvignon blanc skins. Since Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most aromatic white wines and is recognised for having a high concentration of thiol precursors, we are finally receiving this magic dust after being on a two-year waiting list!What else sets apart this beer? With a line-up that includes Idaho 7, Mosaic, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Cryo, we employed a cascade mash hop in conjunction with Hop Unlock Yeast from WHC and DDH hopping.
