Bottled - May 2025.Old Cellar is a blend of three brews produced in February and March 2020.Turbid worts were made from malted barley, wheat, and well aged hops.Spontaneous fermentation and maturation took place in French oak barrels for five years.The resulting beer bears the essence of the cellar.
